This move was intended to demonstrate the government&#8217;s commitment to defending the Unification, coordinate the union of the two separate administrative systems, and manage the mobilization of troops to the southern border.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>September 30, 1998 \u2014 Ratification of the SEEB Agreement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Bulgarian National Assembly ratified the agreement on the establishment of the South-East European Brigade (SEEBRIG).
