July 27, 1947 \u2014 Supporting Bulgaria’s Deaf Community<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Union of the Deaf in Bulgaria was established on this day, successor to the Society for the Protection of the Deaf Mute founded in 1934, marking an important step in organized advocacy and support for the country’s deaf community.<\/p>\n
